New workshop!
Thursday November 2nd 1.30-3.30pm in Hamblin Hall
Using Flowers to De-stress for Christmas, with Marilyn Mountford

This pre-Christmas workshop will give you ideas for decorating your festive table. You will get an opportunity to create your own personal display. Working as a group and in partners, we will explore the impact that stress has on us at this time of year, the beauty of a foliage display and also what to do with that last minute gift of flowers from a garage or supermarket.

A series of four workshops is also planned for March 2018 on the theme of using plant material to create your own special place to de-stress.

For ten years, Marilyn ran her own wedding floral display business and has also trained as a horticultural therapist and life coach.

Cost: 10.
